Pontech strengthens its position as leader on the Czech market in the SAP / ISU technology.

At the end of January 2012 our company has signed an agreement for the purchase part of the company AutoCont CZ, a division of SAP.

Pontech s.r.o is a sponsor of The Felix Civil Association that is dedicated to the promotion of bilateral integration and personal development of people with disabilities and without.

A new division called Business Consulting has been arisen on 1st November 2011. The division has been working in close relation to the existing four vertical divisions. The logic of horizontal connections provides experienced senior professionals with wide industry survey and expert knowledge.

In October of this year we received CEZ Bulgaria contract to pilot data collection network distribution system for the GIS system. The project will be developed for data collection methodologies, tools for data import, data collection, energy distribution networks in the pilot area and data transfer obtained in the field into the GIS system.

In the frame of project AMM implemented for ČEZ ICT Pontech supplyis GIS and reporting as a member of a consortium.

In the second half of last year started the project "Study implementation of GIS and data acquisition opportunities in foreign acquisitions CEZ - Bulgaria, Romania, Albania".

Pontech Solutions 2011 Workshop, we held on 24 - 25 March 2011 at Hotel Martin in Martinské Hole, Slovakia.

The workshop with the theme of Information and Security Technology in Hospitals, held on 9 March, 2011 were presented news from this area, including the uses of these technologies in providing health care to patients.

Like every year, our employees participate in the Esri GIS conference held on 3rd and 4th November at the Prague Congress Center. We attended the conference not only as a viewers but as active presenters.

We decided to use the supervisory camera system Omnicast for projects in the field of camera systems. Our staff have a long-time experience of Omnicast system and we have a prominent position on the Czech and world market.

Due to the devastating floods that hit northern Bohemia in particular, with our company decided to financially support for people affected by this natural disaster.

In June 2010, our company has become a partner of SGI www.sgi.cz for the MAID (Massive Arraz of Idle Disks) - storage solutions from the company Copan, which is highly scalable and energy efficient.

We are extended our teams about a new profesionals with long-term experience in data safety area and camera systems.

SAP corporation has introduced many innovations and strategic plans, including technologii "in-memory", which in the processing of data will be used instead of hard disk memory, which greatly increases response and access to business information from computers and mobile devices.

CeBIT is the biggest fair of information technology. Annualy is held in Hannover and signposts a development tendencies of commercial information technology.

Within the framework of expanding and improving the quality of our services towards our customers was found a new branch Pontech BG in Sofia, in capital city of Bulgaria. Our colleagues are ensuring direct support for ČEZ GIS Bulgaria.
